Candles of Eden is completely devoted to soy candles.

The bulk of the offering consists of soy container candles, with a limited range of tea lights and votives, and some miscellaneous items that defy easy classification.

Clearly they lay great emphasis on the natual benefits and non-polluting characteristics of soy candles (and it doesn't hurt that you're supporting American farmers).

Being so specialised, there are some design tweaks in their products you probably won't find elsewhere, and also some useful guidance on how to calculate the size jar you need for any given size of room.

Illuminations Candles

Another huge site, with lots of variety, and a few items outside the strict parameters of candles.

You'll find a wide range of shapes, scents and colours, and also something a little different, a good aromatherapy range that includes pillar candles, multi-coloured blended candles, travel sets and drawer scenters.

The slightly different range includes everything for the bath - soap, minerals, body lotions and shower gels - handy if you're in the mood to pamper yourself.

The candle range itself is grouped by "scented" and "unscented", and there are also some specialised fragrance items.

A nice series of floating candles includes some novelty shapes, and you can also find votives and tea lights.

Like the Discount Candle Shop, this is a big site, so be prepared to be distracted by all the interesting items on offer.
